A Hollywood estate has another famous owner. Madonna reportedly paid $24.75 million for Angelina Jolie’s Los Feliz property, according to Robb Report’s October 2, 2026 report.
Jolie bought the home for $24.5 million in 2017 and offered it for $29.85 million this year. The reported deal is $5.1 million below that asking price. Its $250,000 increase over her purchase price excludes ownership costs and selling expenses.
Set on roughly two acres in Laughlin Park, the estate includes a circa-1913 main house with six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. Filmmaker Cecil B. DeMille purchased it in 1916. A library, guesthouse, pool house, and gardens add to its appeal.
